The mural projects, in particular, required that the youth work together in design and painting. Hale Kipa Is Founding Member of International Partnership in Youth Advocacy

Hale Kipa, as a sister agency to the Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. was asked to become a founding member of an International Federation.
