Hale Kipa’s Community-based Outreach and Advocacy Program focuses on providing case management and community linkages for youth to prevent initial or further involvement with child welfare or juvenile justice.

- 24 hour staff Accessibility
- Crisis/Emergency Interventions
- Follow-up Services
- Services provided for up to 18 months
Population and Admission Criteria
Youth/Family Responsibilities
- Participation in the development of an individualized Service Plan and personal goals
- Participation in program activities
Discharge Criteria
- Youth/Family achieves goals
- Youth ages out or otherwise becomes ineligible for services
