Transitional Living Program

Hale Kipa’s Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides homeless, street and street-identified young adults with opportunities to transition into positive living situations and self-reliance. While honoring their strengths, TLP illuminates the challenges faced by these young adults and supports them in realizing their goals.

TLP’s Residential Program operates residential houses in which the young adults work towards education and vocational goals and learn life skills to prepare them for self-sufficiency. The six to nine month programs are located in the Ewa area.
