With a range of services for at-risk, high-risk youth, Hale Kipa improves the lives of youth through shelter and support; through commitment and advocacy. Services include Prevention and Intervention, Foster Care, Shelter Services, Residential Homes and Outreach. Professional counseling is provided and program structure is geared to help individuals take responsibility for their behavior.
Hale Kipa is a private, non-profit organization created by concerned individuals who wanted to do something about the victimization of these youth. Services are provided free of charge. Staff members are available 24 hours a day to answer questions. For more information, call us at (808) 589-1829.
Mission/History From its creation in 1970 with a single residence home, Hale Kipa has grown to a range of programs that service approximately 900 youths annually.
