Hale Kipa has elected Chris Deuchar, founding partner and managing member of Form Partners LLC, to its Board of Directors. A board member from 2006 to 2010, Deuchar will be entering his fifth year of service to Hale Kipa with his recent return to the board.
Deuchar brings over 15 years of experience and knowledge in real estate investments, operations and developments. As a founding partner and the managing member of Form Partners LLC, he has overseen over $925 million in real estate entitlement and development projects in Hawai‘i.
“Year after year, Hale Kipa helps countless at-risk youth overcome their challenges and restores their hope in a better future, and I am honored to continue supporting the nonprofit’s critical work,” said Chris Deuchar, member of Hale Kipa’s Board of Directors. “Looking forward, I hope to put my background in real estate development to good use and make Hale Kipa’s vision of a new central facility a reality.”
Deuchar is also a board member and past president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Honolulu Chapter as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colorado State University.
