Also pictured are Scott Ingwers, Area VP & Managing Director at Trump International Hotel and HLTA Chairman (far left), and Dean Nakasone, 2016 Statewide Charity Walk Chair (far right).
The funds will support Hale Kipa’s Transitional Living Programs, and were raised as part of the 38th-annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk, held May 21, 2016.
In its award letter, the HLTA granted the funds in recognition that Hale Kipa’s dedication and services “greatly benefit many in our community.”
Hale Kipa was proud to join in the walk once again and shares a big mahalo to the HLTA and all participants for this generous support. This year’s statewide walks raised $2 million for nonprofit organizations across Hawaii. Next year’s walk will be on May 20, 2017 – we hope to see you there.
