Hale Kipa is proud to welcome Tanya Williams as director of quality assurance and training.
In her new role, she will ensure the effectiveness of Hale Kipa’s Continuous Quality Improvement Plan by providing leadership and support to the organization’s programs and services, as well as overseeing Hale Kipa’s training department.
She has nearly 15 years of experience with social service organizations, most recently as a foster home developer and program coordinator in various programs with Hale Kipa from 2005-2014. She previously served as a substance abuse counselor with the Salvation Army’s Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division Adult Rehabilitation Center, and a psychological intern and therapist with the Catholic Charities Hawaii Child Sex Abuse Program.
She graduated from Argosy University with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
