Hale Kipa Voted One of Hawaiʻi’s Best Places to Work in 2025

We’re excited to share some great news—Hale Kipa has been named one of Hawaiʻi’s 2025 Best Medium-Size Workplaces by Pacific Business News! This recognition is especially meaningful because it’s based on feedback from our own employees and highlights organizations that truly care about their people.

Each year, the survey recognizes companies and nonprofits across industries like nonprofit services, finance, and professional services that create positive, supportive, and engaging work environments. Being included on this list reflects the strong culture we’ve worked hard to build—one where our team feels connected, supported, and proud of the work they do.

As Tracie Foglia, Talent Solutions Manager at the Hawaiʻi Employees Council, puts it, employee engagement doesn’t have to be complicated. “It isn’t rocket science,” she says. “It’s really about employees having an emotional connection to the work they do—the organization’s mission, vision, and values.” She adds, “We want to do work where we know we matter, where we can commit to an organization and know that the organization is committed to us.”

That idea is at the heart of Hale Kipa. This recognition is a reflection of the incredible people who show up every day to support our youth, families, and communities. We’re proud of our team and grateful for the passion, collaboration, and care they bring to their work.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired. The future is bright, and we’re excited to keep growing together!
