Dori has been with Hale Kipa for over 3 decades. She began her career at Hale Kipa shortly after obtaining her master’s in social work, overseeing and managing the emergency shelter home for girls, and subsequently took on other roles including the Program Director of Emergency Shelter Services. Although her initial passion was to work with youth, she was privileged to be given the opportunity to enhance her professional skills by becoming the HR Director after 13 years of providing direct services.
Today, her role as the Chief Administrative Officer is to provide oversight of the Human Resources Department and be a part of the Leadership Team of the agency. Dori believes wholeheartedly in the agency’s mission and is grateful for the many opportunities she’s had, to grow both professionally and personally throughout her tenure.
