Gwen has served as Hale Kipa’s Chief Financial Officer since 2018. She brings more than 25 years of finance leadership experience in Hawai‘i nonprofits, including CFO roles at the Hawaiian Humane Society and Pacific Resources for Education and Learning (PREL).
Gwen began her career in public accounting in California and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She is deeply committed to mission-driven work and brings a thoughtful, values-based approach to financial stewardship.
