Tracy has worked with Hawai‘i nonprofit organizations, small businesses and communities for more than 30 years. She previously worked for Hale Kipa as the organization’s Director of Quality Improvement & Facilities from 2001-2014.
Tracy holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and public administration from Hawai‘i Pacific College. Born and raised in Michigan, she moved to Hawai‘i in 1980.
