Since 1989, Hale Kipa and Waikiki Health have served hundreds of youth and young adults each year in the Youth Outreach (YO!) program in Waikīkī.
YO! provides street outreach, drop-in services, case management, and health and medical services to youth on a referral or walk-in basis. Youth and young adults are also introduced to a range of services that are critical to transitioning from the streets into a more stable environment.
